IT Infrastructure Project Manager

We are recruiting an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives from planning through implementation. This position will manage infrastructure projects involving new and upgraded technology environments, systems, and programs while coordinating technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage three to five concurrent IT infrastructure projects.

• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource requirements, and delivery milestones.

• Lead system implementations and technology upgrades from initial planning through completion.

• Identify technical, operational, and staffing risks and establish contingency plans.

• Coordinate cross-functional project teams of five to ten members.

• Partner with IT leadership on technology roadmaps and project priorities.

• Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and results to business and technology stakeholders.

• Ensure project documentation, quality assurance activities, and technology standards are completed.

• Keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business expectations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

• Hands-on experience managing IT infrastructure projects, systems implementations, or technology upgrades.

• Strong knowledge of project planning, budget management, risk management, resource planning, and project delivery.

• Experience leading cross-functional IT teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business leaders, and senior management.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
