In this pivotal role, you'll lead a team dedicated to supporting the Child Support Services Division, working on critical applications like the Palmetto Automated Child Support System (PACSS), State Directory of New Hires (SDNH), and the Client Portal application.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the development and maintenance of key applications within the Child Support Services Division.
• Collaborate with the System Development Contractor to manage project schedules and ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee the requirements management process and ensure system requirements are effectively traced throughout the SDLC.
• Work closely with the SC DSS Child Support Services Division to address program-related issues and improve application functionalities.
• Lead the team in creating new user stories and use cases, and prepare technical reports.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience with the PACSS application.
• Experience with Child Support systems and Federal Regulations (IV-D).
• Proven experience working with developers and end users for functional requirements.
• Experience with New-Hire applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferences

• Experience with SharePoint, Team Foundation Server (TFS), SQL Server, and Visio.
• Strong leadership abilities and understanding of System Engineering concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
