Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Enterprise Project Manager Consultant to lead the ongoing maintenance and operations of the Palmetto Automated Child Support System (PACSS). You will work closely with the Division of Technology Services and the Child Support Services Division to ensure the successful implementation and management of large-scale production systems.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience as a Project Manager using PMI project management methodologies
• 7 years of experience in information technology, including computing, telecommunications, data storage, and transmission
• 7 years of experience with large-scale production system implementation
• Bachelor's degree
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Preferences

• Experience related to Child Support Enforcement system design and development
• Familiarity with TFS, MS Project, SharePoint, or PowerBI

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with technical and non-technical staff
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Self-motivated and able to lead a diverse team

This is a hybrid role requiring three days onsite per week, with the potential for a fully onsite position. Candidates must be current South Carolina residents, as relocation is not allowed.
