We are seeking an experienced IT Developer with extensive SAP Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), and Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP) expertise. This role will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA manufacturing and supply chain solutions while supporting integration across procurement, manufacturing, inventory, and order fulfillment processes.
Design, configure, and implement SAP Production Planning solutions.
Configure and optimize material master, BOMs, routings, production versions, work centers, production orders, process orders, and repetitive manufacturing.
Configure and optimize MRP Live and Classic MRP.
Support Demand Management, Long-Term Planning, production scheduling, and capacity planning.
Support Engineering Change Management and manufacturing process improvements.
Configure and optimize SAP ATP/aATP functionality, including product availability checks, alternative-based confirmation, backorder processing, product allocation, and release for delivery.
Configure and support SAP MM processes, including procurement, purchasing, inventory management, goods receipt/goods issue, stock transfers, physical inventory, vendor master, and material valuation.
Design and support integrations between SAP PP and SAP MM, SD, EWM, WM, QM, PM, TM, IBP, MES systems, SAP BTP Integration Suite, and SAP PI/PO.
Work with APIs, IDocs, and OData services to support system integration.
Analyze manufacturing processes and recommend SAP best practices.
Improve production planning accuracy, inventory management, material flow, and manufacturing cycle times.
Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.
Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects.
Conduct business process workshops and gather and document business requirements.
Prepare Functional Specifications and review Technical Specifications.
Support Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Support cutover planning, go-live activities, hypercare, and production support.
Lead cross-functional workshops and support stakeholder communication.
Mentor junior consultants and functional analysts.
20+ years of SAP PP/MM experience.
Extensive SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) experience.
Strong SAP Materials Management (MM) expertise.
Strong SAP ATP/Advanced ATP (aATP) experience.
Experience with MRP Live, production orders, capacity planning, demand management, and production scheduling.
Experience integrating SAP PP with SAP SD, MM, EWM, WM, QM, PM, TM, IBP, SAP BTP Integration Suite, and SAP PI/PO.
Experience working with APIs, IDocs, and OData.
Experience with at least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
Experience with at least 2 SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
Experience in High-Tech, Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Automotive, or Industrial Manufacturing industries.
