IT Business Analyst - Pennington, NJ - Contract - $56-61 per HR
This position is a contract role based in Pennington, NJ, requiring three days onsite per week. The IT Business Analyst will serve as a bridge between business and technology teams, focusing on delivering solutions that align with strategic business goals. The role involves gathering and documenting requirements, supporting testing and implementation, and leveraging modern tools to enhance delivery effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to define and analyze requirements.
- Document and translate business needs into actionable deliverables for Agile teams.
- Support testing and implementation activities to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Drive successful outcomes across the full delivery lifecycle.
- Utilize modern tools to enhance analysis and delivery effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Experience in Wealth Management.
- Proven experience as a business systems analyst on an Agile team.
- Proficiency in writing user stories and creating technical design documentation.
- Experience with Workplace Benefits products, including Equity Awards and 401k products.
