Job Description

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst - Workplace Benefits to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Wealth Management and Agile business analysis and a proven ability to translate business needs into clear user stories and deliverables that drive successful technology outcomes across the delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Act as liaison between Workplace Benefits business and technology teams to define and refine requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements, process flows, and system interactions.
• Create well-structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical design documentation for Agile teams.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery coordination with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Partner with QA to define test scenarios and support UAT, issue triage, and defect resolution.
• Contribute to implementation planning, change management, and post-release validation.
• Leverage GenAI tools, where appropriate, to enhance analysis, documentation quality, and delivery efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in Wealth Management.
• Hands-on Agile Business Systems Analyst experience, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency creating technical design documentation, system flows, and process maps.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders and development teams to drive delivery.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Workplace Benefits products, including Equity Awards and 401(k).
• Background as a domain Business Analyst supporting benefits platforms.

• Schedule: Required 3 days onsite in Pennington, NJ.
• Interviews: 1-2 rounds via Microsoft Teams.
• Start: ASAP, subject to Glider ID verification.
• Submissions: Maximum of three candidates per supplier.
