IT Business Analyst

4 Corner Resources is seeking an IT Business Analyst for a fast-paced, project-driven enterprise IT environment. This role is ideal for a Business Analyst who thrives in Agile environments, enjoys collaborating across technical and business teams, and can drive projects from requirements gathering through deployment and support.

What you do:

• Gather and translate business requirements into user stories, use cases, and functional specs
• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and the IT delivery team
• Participate in daily Scrum ceremonies and manage backlog grooming and sprint planning
• Write and present change requests at the Change Advisory Board
• Coordinate release communications and implementation plans
• Support UAT, hypercare, and root cause analysis post go-live
• Step into a Product Owner role when there is no dedicated PO on the project

What you bring:

• Proven BA experience in an IT environment
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodology
• Hands-on experience with Jira, ADO, or similar tools
• Experience with CAB processes and ITSM frameworks
• Ability to write detailed functional documentation
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills

Additional Details:

• Location: Hybrid 3 days onsite in Orlando, FL
• Length: 6-12 month contract (potential for conversion)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
