Responsibilities:
Analyze and propose system solutions for business and IT organizations.
Act as a strategic partner and business and technical liaison.
Translate business requirements into detailed specifications.
Develop project scope and provide recommendations on alternative solutions.
Lead and partner with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Communicate IT processes to business clients and vendor partners.
Analyze end-to-end complex business processes and information needs.
Define and document business requirements for complex projects.
Evaluate and document alternatives for effective solutions to business problems.
Create and review design and technical specification documents.
Comply with SOX and other standard process requirements.
Prepare and review test plans and perform quality reviews of test results.
Mentor Associate and Career-level team members.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience.
Minimum 7 years of job-related experience with CC&B or similar Oracle platform.
Preferred Skills:
Utility industry experience.
Experience as Project Manager, high complexity.
Minimum 9 years of job-related experience.
Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis.
CCBA-certification of Competency in Business Analysis certification.
CBAP-Certified Business Analysis Professional certification.
