Description

Summary:

  • Location: Parsippany, NJ. Located in Warehouse. Temperature in warehouse changes with the seasons.
  • Work Mode: Local
  • Schedule: Full Time 8AM-4PM
  • Duration: 21 Weeks

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret logistics, inventory, procurement, and operational data to support business decision-making and drive process improvements.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for visibility into logistics functions including inventory management, equipment utilization, delivery performance, spend analysis, and supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify trends, measure operational effectiveness, forecast demand, and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Configure and install new programs, modifications, or enhancements to existing systems.
  • Develop test data and conduct unit and system tests to verify results of software solutions.
  • Install and perform updates in accordance with IS change control standards and procedures.
  • Document requirements and revise existing system logic as necessary.
  • Provide support during non-working hours to ensure the operation of production systems in a 24 x 7 environment, if needed.
  • Perform troubleshooting for issues relating to PCs, software, and basic network communications.
  • Provide technical customer support by monitoring production systems and responding to user complaints.
  • Create audits, logs, analytic, and tabular reports to identify or solve problems and monitor system changes over time.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum one year of previous work-related experience.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Experience managing and supporting desktops in a large environment using antivirus software solutions.
  • Knowledge in Operating Systems and Databases, Microsoft Office Suite, Project, Visio, UNIX, Oracle SQL, HL7V.
  • Programming Languages: Java, HTML, Visual Basic, C, C#, Perl.
  • Applications Knowledge of Healthcare IS HL-7.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with cardiology, radiology, radiology oncology labs, and Pharmacy systems.
  • Experience in providing technical expertise to clinical users and other staff members.
  • Experience in conducting daily monitoring of clinical applications and interfaces.
  • Ability to train end users in the use of equipment and clinical applications.
