IT Analyst- Governance & Compliance- NSK Americas

The IT Senior Analyst- Governance & Compliance develops and maintains IT policies and procedures, monitors regulatory and policy compliance, manages IT budgets and software licenses, and supports internal and external audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write, review, update, and validate IT policies, standards, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, security standards, and internal policies.
- Conduct compliance reviews, identify gaps, and track corrective actions.
- Coordinate audit requests, gather evidence, and attend auditor meetings.
- Prepare and monitor IT budgets, expenses, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Manage software licenses, renewals, usage, and vendor agreements.
- Ensure software use complies with licensing terms and organizational requirements.
- Maintain accurate policy, audit, budget, and license records.
- Provide compliance guidance to employees and IT teams
Required Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Experience in IT governance, compliance, auditing, budgeting, or software license management.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, IT controls, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong writing, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with management, technical teams, vendors, and auditors.
Certifications (Preferred)
- CGEIT (Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT)
- CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
- CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control)
- CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
- ITIL, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or equivalent

Work Environment:
- In the Ann Arbor office or other company facilities.
- May require travel between facilities, sister companies, suppliers, and customers.
- On-call support may be required during critical periods.
