Investment Operations Manager - Boston - Hybrid 

A leading global private investment firm is seeking an Investment Operations Manager to oversee investment operations supporting a sophisticated credit platform. This role will lead reconciliation and operational processes across multiple credit strategies and asset classes, while managing internal and external teams and partnering closely with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead investment operations and reconciliation activities across syndicated loans, bonds, structured products, and CLOs
• Manage a global team and oversee day-to-day priorities, deliverables, controls, and service levels
• Oversee daily/monthly cash and position reconciliations, break resolution, and root-cause analysis
• Manage relationships with CLO trustees, agent banks, custodians, administrators, and trading counterparties
• Oversee loan servicing, corporate actions, interest/principal calculations, and loan-level data accuracy
• Lead warehouse-to-CLO tie-outs, new deal/position onboarding, and operational readiness for CLO launches
• Develop and enhance workflows, procedures, and controls to improve efficiency and mitigate operational risk
• Track reconciliation metrics and escalate material issues to senior management
• Coach and develop team members while maintaining strong communication and accountability

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience within financial services with Credit Operations management experience
• Strong knowledge of bank loans, CLOs, structured products, and/or fixed income operations
• Experience with Bloomberg and trading/settlement platforms
• Familiarity with credit agreements and legal documentation
• Experience with Advent Geneva preferred
• Strong Excel, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced investment operations professional who has management experience to join a high-performing team within a premier investment platform.
