Investment Banking Associate Renewable Energy

A growing investment banking team focused on the energy transition is seeking an Associate to join its Houston office. This is an opportunity to work on a high volume of live transactions while helping build a rapidly expanding platform alongside experienced senior bankers. With multiple active mandates and continued hiring across the team, the incoming Associate will have significant exposure to deal execution, client interactions, and meaningful responsibility from day one. The role provides exposure to a broad mix of M&A and strategic advisory engagements, allowing candidates to build a well-rounded transaction skill set in a dynamic market segment. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex financial models and valuation analyses
• Create client-facing presentations, investment highlights, and transaction materials
• Support execution of M&A, sell-side, buy-side, and financing transactions
• Assist in developing strategic positioning and transaction narratives

Qualifications

• Investment banking experience in M&A or industry coverage
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• The role provides exposure to a broad mix of M&A and strategic advisory engagements, allowing candidates to build a well-rounded transaction skill set in a dynamic market segment
• Strong attention to detail and collaborative approach
• Sector experience not required
