Job Description Summary
Play an integral role in the department''s activities with a high level of responsibility as a member of the Healthcare Finance team that includes eight managing directors focused on healthcare services and providers, primarily not-for-profit organizations. Clients include large healthcare systems, academic medical centers, community hospitals, managed care plans, physician groups, senior living companies, post-acute providers and select specialty not-for-profit organizations. Service offerings include capital markets activities (underwriting, placements, financial advisory), mergers & acquisitions advisory and real estate advisory. Responsibilities include formulating new business proposals and pitches, developing company forecasts and valuations, evaluating merger and acquisition scenarios, evaluating debt profiles and developing and implementing financing ideas for clients/target clients, financial/bond modeling and analysis. Associates are expected to work on every aspect of the transaction process.
