Job Details

We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Financial Services Card Scheme Program Manager to join our global enterprise. This role is for a forward-thinking individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenges associated with developing and managing complex projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategic development and implementation of our card scheme program. This involves understanding business, IT, and compliance objectives, identifying business needs, and translating them into desired outcomes.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the strategic development and implementation of the card scheme program.
2. Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into desired outcomes.
3. Provide strategic direction and guidance to the team to ensure alignment with business, IT, and compliance objectives.
4. Manage and monitor all aspects of the card scheme program, including budgeting, planning, execution, and performance.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
6. Identify potential risks and issues within the card scheme program and develop effective mitigation strategies.
7. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
8. Continually evaluate the effectiveness of the card scheme program and implement improvements as necessary.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic role within the financial services industry.
2. Proven experience in managing complex projects and programs.
3. Strong understanding of real-time payments at a strategic level.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify business needs and translate them into desired outcomes.
5. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to a variety of stakeholders.
6. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and inspire a team towards achieving organizational objectives.
7. Solid understanding of compliance requirements within the financial services industry.
8. A degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
