Get ready to take your career to the next level with an exciting opportunity as a Inventory Receiving Specialist in the dynamic Manufacturing industry. As an integral part of our team, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our inventory is accurately received, recorded, and maintained. Responsibilities:
1. Receiving, inspecting, and verifying all incoming inventory against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
2. Logging all received inventory into the company’s database, ensuring data accuracy.
3. Coordinating with the purchasing team to resolve any discrepancies or issues with received inventory.
4. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all company safety protocols.
5. Conducting regular inventory audits to identify and rectify any discrepancies.
6. Assisting in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices.
7. Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient inventory management.
8. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency in the receiving process.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory receiving within a manufacturing or similar fast-paced environment.
2. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
3. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Strong knowledge of inventory management software and database systems.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments.
6. Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
7. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy items when required.
8. A high school diploma or equivalent, with further education or certifications in inventory management or related fields being a plus.
