    IDR is seeking a Inventory Operations Associate to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Raleigh, NC. This role involves supporting warehouse operations through receiving, storing, and managing supplies efficiently within a busy distribution environment. The company is a leader in logistics and supply chain management, dedicated to maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.

    Position Overview for the Inventory Operations Associate:

    • Receive, count, and record stock items manually or via computer systems
    • Pack and unpack items for storage and distribution
    • Verify inventory counts against physical stock and investigate discrepancies
    • Store items in an organized manner for easy access
    • Mark stock items with labels or identification tags

    Requirements for the Inventory Operations Associate:

    • High school diploma or GED required
    • 2-3 years of relevant experience in inventory or warehouse operations
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Knowledge of warehouse equipment, policies, and procedures
    • Team player who is detail-oriented and complies with safety regulations
