Position Highlights
- Compensation up to $450,000+ with additional upside
- Profit-sharing opportunities through Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC)
- Immediate patient volume with established clinic infrastructure
- Outpatient-only practice with a strong procedural focus
- Multiple locations across Phoenix, Glendale, Mesa, and Chandler
Clinical Scope
- Comprehensive pain diagnosis and management
- Interventional procedures including spinal cord stimulator trials and implants
- Opportunity to perform advanced procedures (intrathecal pain pumps, vertebral augmentation preferred)
- Collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment with internal referrals
Qualifications
- Board Certified/Eligible in Pain Medicine
- Fellowship training in Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
- Strong interventional skillset preferred
