About the role:

As an International Sales Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to International Sales Executives (ISEs). This role will ensure excellent customer and prospect experience while working with the ISE Team to manage their day-to-day account activities.

What you'll be doing:

• Make travel arrangements for customer visits, including coordinating travel, prepping data for the visits, etc.
• Schedule meetings/reservations with clients
• Identify customers in the area for prospective visits
• Submit receipts and expenses in Chrome River for expense report processing
• Log interactions into National Sales Portal
• Organize quotes by tracking wins/losses and following up in areas with no customer feedback
• Schedule follow up calls with prospects/customers
• Audit and quotes for compliance, including evaluating IAR truck pay and providing notifications as needed
• Monitor Cargo Wise/Green Light to ensure GLs are submitted and quick responses to rejections
• Keep track of the pipeline and closes, including submitting closes in the portal and keeping customer details updated in My Prospecting and NSE portals
• Manage ISE calendar to avoid double bookings and assist with time management

What you need:

• Strong telephone and communication skills
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and follow up skills
• Typing skills of at least 25 wpm
• Strong work ethic, energetic and fast learner
• Ability to handle multiple task requests at a time
• Ability to work and concentrate in a fast-paced open office environment that can be noisy
