Are you looking for a flexible, fast-paced opportunity that keeps you moving and making an impact? Employbridge is seeking motivated, bilingual team members ready to take on a dynamic Internal Recruiting Gig Assistant role—supporting operations in both locations, San Bernardino and Perris, CA.
Locations: San Bernardino & Perris, CA (must travel between both locations as needed)
Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
Schedule: Must be Flexible — Day, night, and weekend shifts (4 to 12 hours daily)
What You’ll Do
As an Internal Recruiting Gig Assistant, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly across multiple sites.
Responsibilities include:
Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees
Assist with orientation, paperwork, and compliance processes
Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) support to associates
Travel between San Bernardino and Perris locations as needed
Support staffing needs during peak times, events, or shift changes
Partner with management to ensure a smooth employee experience
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Step in where needed as a flexible, team-oriented contributor
