Position Summary:
The Internal Communications Manager in the Penn Medicine Communications Department serves as a consultant for leadership and internal clients to identify and execute communication strategies and develop content and collateral supporting Penn Medicine's strategic goals. This position plays a crucial role in internal communications for the growing Penn Medicine enterprise, delivering important information about institutional priorities, goals, values, calls to action, and change initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses strong writing, editing, and web/multimedia skills as well as technical acumen that will allow them to effectively support development of new communication methods to reach our regionally dispersed workforce. Reporting to the Associate Director of Internal Communications, this individual will be required to work across the health system to ensure effective, timely, accurate, and well-organized communications.
