Our client is hiring for the high-end building and construction industry in Brooklyn.

Job Description

Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of interior construction projects. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring alignment with initial plans. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any issues. Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes. Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships. Provide regular project updates to clients and senior management. Resolve any challenges that arise during the construction process to maintain project momentum.
