Known for its commitment to quality, innovation, safety, and client service, the organization consistently delivers some of the region's most high-profile and technically challenging projects.Job DescriptionLead multiple Class A office, workplace, and interior renovation projects from inception through completionDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and construction execution plansBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholdersCoordinate preconstruction activities, value engineering efforts, scopes of work, and subcontractor buyout processesMonitor project financial performance, including forecasting, change order management, and cost controlEnsure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards and client expectationsMentor and support Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers while fostering a collaborative project cultureThe Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline preferredProven experience as a Project Manager with a reputable commercial general contractorDemonstrated success leading Class A interior renovation, tenant improvement, workplace, corporate office, or commercial interiors projectsStable career history with strong tenure and progression within recognized construction organizationsExperience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractor relationships, and client communicationsStrong understanding of commercial construction methods, project controls, contract administration, and risk managementProficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar platformsExcellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining a high level of client satisfactionWhat's on OfferBonus structure based on company and individual performanceVehicle and technology allowanceOpportunity to participate in an ESOP with generous, industry leading contributions by employerComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan with company match, 16 days PTO + holidaysOpportunity for professional growth and career progressionEducation reimbursement program (for those who qualify)
