Job Title: Interior Designer Job Location: New York, NY; may work from home up to two days per week. Duties: Execute and develop accurate design layouts, 3D models, and detailed specifications for various projects; conduct research on project-specific requirements to support design accuracy and compliance; contribute to the generation of design concepts, including space planning, furniture and equipment layouts, and assessments of existing site conditions; prepare and develop detailed project drawings such as floor plans, customer furniture designs, elevations, lighting layouts, and finish specifications using CAD software; source FF&E and materials aligned with the project's creative vision and design intent; prepare client presentations that reflect both the company's aesthetic and the client's needs; coordinate with vendors to collect samples, obtain quotes, and confirm product availability and lead times; support the management of multiple projects, maintaining deadlines, and fostering strong collaboration with team members and leadership; and assist with Construction Administration. Job Requirements: Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, or similar, plus 1 year of experience in an interior designer role for an architectural firm, and 1 year of experience using Revit, AutoCAD, Enscape, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
