Job Title: Interior Designer
Job Description
This role offers an experienced interior designer the opportunity to contribute to impactful corporate and higher education projects within a collaborative, design-focused studio. You will lead and support the development of thoughtful, creative interiors from concept through execution, using your expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and 3ds Max to deliver high-quality design solutions. Work Environment
You will work in a medium-sized firm with multiple offices, including a New York City studio of approximately 30 people and a total firm size of about 125 employees. The practice focuses on healthcare, science and technology, corporate interiors, and institutional projects, spanning new construction, additions, and renovations that include both interior and exterior design and execution. The culture is highly collaborative, promoting inclusion and shared ownership of projects across all experience levels, with opportunities to contribute meaningfully regardless of tenure. The work is deadline-intensive, reflecting the nature of the architecture and design industry, and requires comfort with managing multiple priorities. Standard hours are approximately 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with some flexibility considered on a case-by-case basis. The studio maintains a professional yet relaxed atmosphere with a business casual dress code, and offers the feel of a smaller boutique office while working on large, complex, and impactful projects.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $46.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
