Interior Architect / Project Manager

About the Role - Interior Architect / Project Manager

Our client is looking to add an Interior Architect / Project Manager who will work directly with the Principal across every phase of a project, from concept through installation. This is intended as a long-term hire, full time in the firm's New York office, with compensation of $130,000 - $150,000. The role is end-to-end and client-facing: you draw the full construction set yourself, then run the job through to completion, including site visits.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience at a boutique or small residential design firm
• Strong AutoCAD skills, with the ability to personally draw high-end private residential projects
• Solid command of industry standards, with the ability to refine and improve existing systems
• Value engineering experience
• Familiarity with Procore is a plus
• Comfortable working in a Mac-based office

Nice to have: experience with wood veneer/grain sequencing, custom furniture design, and mentoring junior team members; familiarity with Studio Designer.
