Interim Lab Manager

Interim Laboratory Manager - Greater Atlanta Area

We are seeking an experienced Interim Laboratory Manager to lead the clinical lab services for a health system in Atlanta area. This role is based out of medical offices near Atlanta. This role is ideal for a strong laboratory leader who is skilled at managing operations and supporting teams during transition. 

Monday through Friday but weekend rotations are required

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven leadership experience as a Lab Manager, Director, or Supervisor in an acute care or ambulatory setting.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical lab operations, quality assurance, and regulatory standards.
• Strong people leadership skills with a collaborative and decisive leadership style.
• MLS or CLS license
• Availability to begin within 2-4 weeks from date of offer and to be on-site for the duration of the engagement.
