Based out of the company's Madison headquarters, this hybrid role (2 days remote, 3 days on-site) reports to senior leadership with visibility to the Board of Directors for the duration of this 6-month engagement. Pay: $50–$60/hr

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Lead cleanup and process improvement across working capital, AP, and AR
• 
  
• Drive cost automation initiatives spanning freight, inventory, and tariffs
• 
  
• Partner with supply chain leadership to close process gaps and support ongoing improvement efforts
• 
  
• Report to senior leadership and provide visibility to the Board of Directors on finance initiatives
• 
  
• Support the finance team through an active transformation alongside a newly built VP bench
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Broad finance and accounting background with comfort stepping into a 6-month interim engagement
• 
  
• Experience with SAP and Power BI a plus
• 
  
• Strong track record leading finance through change, cleanup, or transformation
