Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A)
Pay: $95,000 - $120,000

Key Responsibilities
- Support annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Perform variance analysis and provide insights into financial and operational performance.
- Develop and maintain financial models, reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses.
- Assist with reporting automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Create meaningful reporting packages for leadership and business stakeholders.
- Support month-end and quarterly financial review activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience.
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to work with large datasets and complex reporting.
- Experience with Power BI, SAP, Hyperion, or similar reporting tools is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to improve reporting processes and drive efficiencies.
