    NOW HIRING: Integrated Office Support Assistant
    Company: Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin
    Location: Green Bay, WI
    Schedule: 8am-4pm Monday-Friday
    Pay: $20/hour

    Role Overview

    Join our team as an Entry-Level Integrated Office Support Assistant, where you’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive environment. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in home care and gain hands-on experience while contributing to our mission of providing exceptional support to clients and caregivers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Administrative Support: Assist with basic office tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and managing correspondence.
    • HR Clerical Duties: Maintaining employee files, assisting with onboarding and assisting with orientations.
    • Client Engagement: Help introduce caregivers to clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
    • Coordination of Care: Support the logistics of caregiver-client introductions, learning the ins and outs of our care processes.
    • Communication Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and office staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
    • Field Support: Participate in community outreach efforts, gaining valuable experience in client relations.
    Skills and Qualifications

    • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new software quickly.
    • Eagerness to Learn: A positive attitude and willingness to develop new skills.
    • Strong Communication Skills: Basic interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
    • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
    • Adaptability: Openness to work in both office and field settings as needed.
