    Job Overview

    The IntegraDose Production Pharmacist is responsible for providing operational support and guidance to ensure that daily production is completed. This position partners closely with all IntegraDose staff to provide insight and operational adjustments into current and future production. The position will also follow FDA regulatory compliance and cGMP practices to maintain the highest quality of final product. Production includes sterile production within cleanroom facilities and non-sterile production of unit dosing oral solids.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide operational, regulatory, and functional expertise and act as a resource to all IntegraDose staff.
    • Act as a resource for daily production with both management and Quality Assurance departments. This includes partnering with other staff to ensure that production is completed in a timely and effective manner.
    • Ensure production staff remain focused, productive, and compliant with assigned responsibilities, gowning requirements, aseptic practices, and procedural expectations.
    • Partner with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Operations leadership, and IntegraDose staff to support investigations, corrective and preventive actions, audit readiness, and inspection preparedness.
    • Promote a culture of quality, safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across production operations.
    • Evaluate production processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, reduce waste, improve compliance, and strengthen right-first-time execution.

    Required Qualifications

    • 1 year Pharmacist experience in complex pharmacy operation or completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency program
    • Licensed or eligible for licensure as a pharmacist in Minnesota

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 or PGY2 residency program
    • Doctorate of Pharmacy
    • 3 years Experience in a clean room setting
