Salary Range: $40000.00 - $56000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Based on Experience

Mon-Fri Schedule

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and assist clients with inquiries regarding their insurance policies, including coverage, billing, and claims.
• Provide accurate and friendly information about our insurance products and services.
• Process policy changes, renewals, and new applications efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional coverage or products that meet client needs.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through consistent, helpful interactions.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Complete Evidence and Certificates of Insurance requests as needed.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine desire to help people and a customer-first approach.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software.
• Ability to work effectively in a small team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service or sales experience in insurance, financial services, or similar industry is a plus.
• A Property & Casualty insurance license is a plus.
• A Life & Health Insurance license is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
• Excellent Punctuality, Time Management, and Organizational Skills.
