What You'll Do- Sell and present customized insurance solutions tailored to client needs
- Generate new business through leads, referrals, and outbound prospecting
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Meet and exceed sales and production goals
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship programs
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activity in CRM systems
What We're Looking For- Active Texas Property & Casualty License (required)
- Ability to obtain Life, Accident & Health license within 45 days
- Sales experience preferred (insurance is a plus!)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Competitive, self-motivated, and coachable mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
