What You’ll Do:- Connect with new and existing customers to discuss their insurance needs
- Help customers understand coverage options and recommend solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with prospects and referrals
- Support the agency’s growth by generating new business
- Participate in training and professional development
What We’re Looking For:- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable talking with customers
- Organized and dependable
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
Preferred (but not required):- Property & Casualty license
- Experience in sales, retail, banking, or customer service
