A regional civil-litigation defense firm is seeking an experienced Partner-level attorney to help lead its Philadelphia personal-injury and insurance-defense practice. This is a senior seat with leadership visibility and a clear growth trajectory.
What You'll Do:
- Lead defense of catastrophic-accident, high-exposure personal-injury, and general-liability matters
- Manage and mentor associates; own client and carrier relationships
- Drive case strategy from pleadings through trial
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of insurance-defense / civil-litigation-defense experience, including significant PI defense
- Active PA bar with a strong Pennsylvania defense-bar network
- A portable book of business is a plus — not required
- Leadership presence and trial experience
Compensation: $175,000–$180,000 base plus bonus, commensurate with experience and book. Hybrid schedule. This is a confidential search — the firm name will be shared with qualified candidates.
