Insurance Defense Associate Attorney- General Liability

I am partnered with a Nationwide Insurance Defense Firm who is looking to add an Associate Attorney to their growing team. This individual will walk into active cases, get trial experience right away and be able to run their own caseload. This firm has a lot of internal growth opportunities, both career wise and financially. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee own caseload and collaborate with senior attorneys to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Engage in significant client interaction to enhance legal skills across a variety of complex cases.
• Handle a diverse range of insurance litigation cases from initial strategy to resolution.
• Participate in general liability or insurance-related cases, with transportation defense experience being advantageous but not required.
• Education and Experience

Information:

• A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, particularly in insurance-related cases or general liability.
• A Juris Doctor degree is required.
• Must possess an active license to practice law
