Aligned Talent Acquisition is seeking to connect with talented Insurance Coverage Associate Attorneys interested in exploring opportunities with leading law firms in Minneapolis.
This opportunity is ideal for attorneys interested in representing insurers and policyholders in sophisticated insurance coverage disputes and related litigation matters.
• 2+ years of insurance coverage, commercial litigation, or complex litigation experience
• Experience analyzing and interpreting insurance policies and coverage obligations preferred
• Experience handling coverage disputes involving commercial general liability, professional liability, D&O, E&O, cyber, or other insurance products
• Experience with pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Ability to independently manage matters while working directly with clients
• Excellent academic credentials
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Minnesota bar admission required or ability to become admitted
