Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance and Financial Services Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions that protect their assets and ensure peace of mind.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of customers through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
  • Assess customer insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Provide exceptional service and support throughout the insurance process.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for helping clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain one).
