We're a growing independent insurance agency in the Jacksonville/St. Johns area and we're looking for our next great hire.

The Role

You'll be quoting and binding personal lines policies home, auto, boat, and more while building real client relationships. This is a sales and service role, and we need someone who understands that the phone is still the most powerful tool in the business.

Who We're Looking For

• A people person with a strong phone presence
• Someone with a stable, consistent work history
• Organized and detail-oriented in a fast-moving environment
• Sales-minded you follow up, you close, you take ownership
• Insurance experience is a plus but not required we'll train the right person
