Westlake Charter School is seeking a dynamic, flexible, and innovative Instructional Aide who collaborates to provide a high quality, personalized education for our High School students. Please download the full job description/essential elements. This position will work in our Student Support Services department. We're looking for individuals who: • Are collaborative and enjoy working as a team • Are organized and able to create a respectful learning environment • Demonstrate maturity, humility, can-do attitude, strong work ethic, and sense of humor • Demonstrate excellent communication/interpersonal skills Required documents in order to be considered for this position: 1. Cover Letter 2. Resume 3. 2 Letters of Reference 4. Negative TB Test (within last 4 years) Interviews will take place soon.
