Installation Manager (Residential AV, LV, IT, Control)
The Installation Manager is responsible for leading and supervising the technical team (installation and service techs), delivering exceptional AV, LV, IT, Control, Lighting, and Shading installation and support.

- This role is in-person (not: remote or hybrid)
Your Schedule:
- Full Time (40hrs/Wk)
- Mon-Fri from 8am to 5pm

Your Day-to-Day
Team Management:
- Supervise, train, and mentor the technical team
- Hiring, onboarding, and evaluation of technicians
- Maintain safety protocols and company policies
Installation Standards (SOP's):
- By Phase: Pre-Wire, Trim, Final
- By Subsystem: A/V, IT, Control, Lighting, Shading
- Meticulous wire management and rack builds
- Documentation and enforcement of those standards
Tickets & Scheduling:
- Review incoming service tickets, contact clients, and schedule service calls
Support & Troubleshooting:
- Support Internal Teams & External Customers
- Service Requests AV and IT Related (computers, servers, networks, and AV devices)
Reporting:
- Build and maintain reports on system performance, ticketing metrics, and business analytics.
Requirements & Abilities
- Leadership managing technical teams (install & service)
- Experience: IT, AV tech, Data Centers, Ticketing Systems
- Preferred: CompTIA, CCNA, or AV related certifications (Avixa, Bicsi, CTS)
- Travel to client sites may be required
- Lift +50lbs
- Valid driver's license
