Job Summary
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for being a proactive member of a division that is tasked with increasing sales in targeted markets, within a predefined territory. This position will develop strategic relationships with a variety of Key Opinion Leaders, distribution partners, educational organizations and decision makers in targeted accounts (US Ambulatory and Inside Sales).
Duties & Responsibilities
Perform outbound calls to established and prospective accounts for the purposes of generating sales growth within a predefined territory;
Responsible for all stages of the sales cycle:
Cold call
Introduction
Demonstration
Quote
Close
Train
Follow-up;
Provide phone and on-site support to all target accounts in order to increase direct and distribution sales;
Work daily with distribution partners to develop and grow revenue in target markets;
Log all work in the CRM system so that sales management can monitor funnel growth and close rate efficiency;
Identify and develop working relationships with key opinion leaders;
Collaborate with Sales Management and Clinical Support where team selling is appropriate, and must communicate all pertinent information to Sales Management regarding market trends and competitive activity;
Maintain a high skill level in Strategic and Tactical selling skills;
Organize and conduct distribution and end-user seminars on the compelling needs and benefits of SET technology and Pulse CO-Oximetry;
Occasional travel is required;
Perform other duties or special projects as assigned or requested;

Education
High school diploma or GED is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $20hr plus benefits. Actual salary placement within this range depends on a variety of factors, including skills, education, and professional experience. In addition, this position is also eligible for variable compensation of up to $22,000, based on achievement of 100% of annual sales objective.
Physical requirements/Work Environment
This position is not a traditional inside sales role. ISRs perform all of the aspects of a traditional field sales role, but limited to communication via phone or email. Occasional travel is required. Person must be comfortable with regular lifting, sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. The physical demands of the position described herein are essential functions of the job and employees must be able to successfully perform these tasks for extended periods.
