    Description

    We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to support our sales team and drive revenue growth within the industrial and sanitary markets. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, developing customer relationships, and providing technical and product support to clients in industries such as manufacturing, construction, and distribution.The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills with a solid understanding of industrial products, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities

    QualificationsRequired

    High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or industrial sales experienceStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

    Preferred

    Experience in industrial products (e.g., MRO, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or mechanical components)Technical aptitude and ability to understand product specificationsExperience with ERP systems and order processing
