Position: Family First Club Membership Coordinator

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the heartbeat of our membership program — the person who ensures our Family First members feel valued, supported, and taken care of year‑round.

Your responsibilities include:

• Growing our membership program through new sign‑ups, renewals, and win‑backs
• Following up quickly on inbound membership inquiries
• Spotting membership opportunities in service calls and replacement estimates
• Preventing avoidable cancellations by resolving payment or renewal issues
• Working at‑risk, inactive, and canceled lists to recover members
• Protecting recurring revenue by keeping membership data accurate
• Handling escalated membership concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Tracking trends and alerting leadership to risks or opportunities
• Keeping clean, organized records in ServiceTitan
• Collaborating with Contact Center, Accounting, and Marketing to support member initiatives
