Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with equipment customers to generate new leasing opportunities. This role involves consistent outbound outreach, relationship-building, and providing consultative financing solutions that help customers acquire the equipment they need to grow their businesses. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment and enjoys combining consistent daily activity with relationship-driven sales.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up, professionalism, and trust.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and provide tailored financing options.
  • Prospect, qualify, and manage customer opportunities while documenting all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Upload and manage required paperwork, financial documents, and deal packages promptly and accurately.
  • Partner closely with Sales Managers, Credit, and Documentation teams to ensure a seamless process for customers.
  • Track and report performance metrics including customer interactions, deals submitted, and revenue generated.
  • Collaborate with teammates, share best practices, and contribute to a positive, performance-driven culture.
Qualifications
Required:
  • 1+ year(s) of inside sales, telemarketing, or business development experience.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining professionalism and quality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital document management.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented with strong follow-up discipline.
Preferred:
  • Experience in equipment leasing, financial services, or B2B sales.
  • Familiarity with customer acquisition or channel sales environments.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
