Inside Sales Representative

Crestfield Talent is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support lead follow-up, customer outreach, and day-to-day sales activity.

This hybrid role is a good fit for someone who communicates confidently, enjoys speaking with prospective customers, and is comfortable working toward individual and team sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers by phone and email

• Follow up with inbound leads and sales inquiries

• Explain products or services clearly and professionally

• Maintain accurate customer and lead records in CRM systems

• Schedule calls, demos, and follow-up conversations

• Support account executives with sales activity

• Track open opportunities and pending follow-up tasks

• Work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable speaking with prospective customers

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated

• Good organization and follow-up skills

• Comfortable using CRM and office software

• Professional and dependable

• Previous sales, customer-facing, or business development experience is preferred
