Role Overview:      

The Window Experts are seeking an engaging and customer focused Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue through exceptional showroom experiences and personalized product consultations. This role centers on guiding customers through the showroom, educating them on product features and benefits, and recommending solutions that align with their needs and project goals. While managing incoming customer traffic, the Inside Sales Representative must also demonstrate initiative by proactively nurturing relationships, supporting quoting activities, and contributing to an efficient, customer first sales environment.  

Success in this role requires professionalism, strong product communication skills, and a motivated mindset focused on delivering high-quality customer engagement and consistent sales performance. 

      

Responsibilities:      

  • Take full ownership of the showroom experience by guiding customers through product displays and clearly explaining each product's features and benefits. 
  • Utilize quoting software to prepare accurate proposals. 
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and contribute to team goals. 
  • Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable product options. 
  • Present product features and benefits in a clear, confident, and professional manner. 
  • Build strong customer relationships and close sales effectively. 

Role Requirements:  

  • Prior sales experience required; experience in windows and doors preferred. 
  • Familiarity with quoting software.  
  • Strong background in customer engagement. 
  • High integrity and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. 
  • Self-motivated with strong drive and initiative. 
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software systems. 

Logistics:      

  • Report to our VP of Sales and Client Relations. 
  • This position is based on-site in Houston, Texas. 
  • All candidates must successfully complete a comprehensive background check.
