Parts ASAP is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Hendricks, MN. This role handles customer-initiated calls seeking company-supplied products - researching requests, matching them against inventory, sourcing non-stocked items from vendors, and closing sales to meet monthly targets. The Details
- Pay: $18.00/hour to start, plus uncapped commission
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, onsite
- Hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Location: Hendricks, MN
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound customer requests for pricing and availability
- Acknowledge and respond to all customer emails within 30 minutes to 1 hour
- Enter quotes and invoices into the company's invoicing system
- Prepare and supply customers with freight quotes and invoices
- Locate alternative products from approved vendors when items aren't in stock
- Take ownership of issues, keeping customers informed through resolution
- Log all customer interactions via email, text, phone, or in person
- Ensure timely follow-ups on open quotes and assigned accounts
- Review and follow up with dormant customers as needed
- Build repeat business through strong relationship management and quote follow-up
- Make outbound calls to previous customers to generate new leads
- Help keep price lists and catalogs updated
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Advanced computer knowledge, including email, Word, and Excel
- Professional phone skills and keyboarding
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well with people from diverse backgrounds
Preferred
- 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in agriculture or construction parts
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of agricultural equipment and sales
