Our Client, a Retail Pharmacy company, is looking for an Innovation Implementation Analyst (Contract) for their Remote location.

- 1+ years of experience supporting operational programs, technology pilots, security initiatives, project coordination, or retail operations.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience gathering, organizing, and reporting program data and operational metrics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, Security Operations, Investigations, Law Enforcement, or Retail Operations.
- Experience with body-worn camera technology, digital evidence management systems, video management platforms, or related technologies.
- Experience supporting technology deployments, pilots, or field implementations.
- Experience working with vendors and managing operational issues through resolution.
- Familiarity with change management, user training, and adoption programs.
- Experience developing executive-level presentations, dashboards, and status reports.
- Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
- Candidates must complete an online Microsoft assessment and include the assessment scores with their resume.***
- Familiarity with AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot) is preferred.
- Recent college graduates with relevant internship experience will be considered.
