The Workplace Technology Engineer / Product Analyst supports the Workplace Technology Architect in delivering and scaling conference room and workplace collaboration solutions. This role is responsible for day-to-day product execution, standard implementation, and operational enablement, ensuring workplace technology solutions are deployed consistently, supported effectively, and continuously improved. Responsibilities Product Execution & Coordination
Work with Architectural lead to develop workplace standards through interoperability and compatibility design standards for A/V Infrastructure.
Execute against the workplace technology roadmap and backlog
Coordinate deployments, upgrades, and changes across conference room environments
Track deliverables, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives
Standards Implementation
Apply defined standards, configurations, and reference designs to real-world deployments
Ensure all room builds and updates align with approved architecture and technology stacks
Validate configurations and support quality checks before production rollout
Operational Enablement
Work closely with operations teams to ensure solutions are deployable, supportable, and documented
Develop and maintain:
Build guides
Configuration templates
Support documentation and runbooks
Assist with incident triage and root cause analysis for workplace technology issues
Continuous Improvement
Gather feedback from users and operations to identify improvement opportunities
Support pilots, testing, and validation of new technologies and capabilities
Help refine standards and configurations based on real-world performance
Vendor & Technology Coordination
Coordinate with vendors, integrators, and internal teams during deployments
Assist with validation of new hardware, firmware, and platform updates
Scope & Impact
Supports delivery of firm-wide conference room and workplace technology solutions
Enables consistent implementation of standards across hundreds of rooms and devices
Improves operational efficiency through documentation, repeatability, and process discipline
Acts as a key bridge between architecture, engineering, and operations
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years related experience with 3+ years domain experience (AV and unified comms segment)
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.
Experience with AV/UC, conference room technologies, or workplace IT systems
Familiarity with platforms such as Client Teams Rooms, Webex, or similar
Strong attention to detail in configuration, documentation, and standardization
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate across teams
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Consistent, standards-aligned deployment of workplace technology solutions
Reduced operational friction through clear documentation and repeatable processes
Effective execution of projects and backlog items
Contribution to continuous improvement of user experience and system reliability
