Role Overview:

• We are seeking a Test Data Management (TDM) professional with 8 to 15 years of proven experience in Test Data Management, including 7+ years in TDM, with strong expertise in Broadcom CA TDM and Javelin.
• The role requires strong hands-on experience in enterprise Test Data Management, including data provisioning, data masking, synthetic data generation, data virtualization, self-service provisioning, data cloning, workflow automation, and compliance with data privacy regulations.

Core Experience & Technical Skills

• 8 to 15 years of proven experience in Test Data Management (TDM), with 7+ years in Test Data Management, and strong expertise in Broadcom CA TDM and Javelin.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Broadcom TDM, including:
  • TDM Portal for project creation, data modeling, data masking, data generation, and self-service design.
  • Fast Data Masker, including advanced masking techniques for data desensitization.
  • Data Maker.
  • Data Subsetting.
  • Javelin workflow design to streamline test data provisioning.
• Proven experience with data virtualization and self-service test data provisioning, including:
  • Using data virtualization to optimize test data provisioning and management.
  • Configuring and managing self-service portals and data cloning capabilities.
  • Automating test data workflows through REST APIs and integrating them with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Implementing TDM solutions to improve test data availability, compliance, and scalability.
• Skilled in designing and implementing enterprise-level TDM strategies aligned with organizational goals, including:
  • Data provisioning.
  • Data masking.
  • Synthetic data generation.
  • Compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA.
• Experience with diverse structured data sources, including:
  • Oracle.
  • SQL Server.
  • MySQL.
  • Teradata.
  • DB2.
  • MongoDB.
  • Cloud storage systems.
• Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases and the ability to handle both structured and unstructured data sources.
• Working knowledge of unstructured data sources, including application server logs and monitoring tools.
• Strong database fundamentals, including data modeling, query tuning, and validation to support test data processes.
• Skilled in synthetic data generation and data masking/obfuscation techniques to protect sensitive information.

TDM Lifecycle & Solution Management:

• Ability to manage the end-to-end test data lifecycle, from request intake to delivery and restoration, ensuring scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business needs, architect scalable data management solutions, and continuously improve TDM processes.
• Proven experience designing and implementing TDM solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Agile, DevOps & Automation:

• Experience integrating TDM solutions within Agile and DevOps frameworks, including:
  • Automation.
  • CI/CD pipelines.
  • Data pipelines.
• Experience automating test data workflows through REST APIs.
• Experience integrating data provisioning with CI/CD pipelines.

Additional Skills:

• Familiarity with data quality.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes.
• Experience with data profiling.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies, such as Docker, is a plus.
• Ability to work with both relational and non-relational databases and structured and unstructured data sources.
• Strong analytical and solution-architecture skills to support scalable and efficient TDM processes.
